Welcome
Welcome
Welcome to the website of the Heinrich Böll Foundation's Regional Office in Belgrade, which, along with the offices in Sarajevo and Zagreb, is responsible for the Foundation's work in Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosova and Montenegro. We are particularly glad to introduce the new layout of our web-site, which will enable us to present our operation in a more attractive and clearly arranged manner.
In our topic sections (democracy, ecology and international politics) we write about events organised independently or in cooperation with other organisations. We also provide information from various publications on these subjects we consider important. And we will regularly offer texts in Serbian translation for download.
The site contains information in Serbian and English. We hope you will find here interesting material to read and useful information on important political and social topics.

Please, feel welcome to participate in our events and do not hesitate to contact us.

The key implementation strategy of gender mainstreaming has lost its critical perspective and transformative purpose in terms of power relations and inequalities. more»
